“The first thing I noticed about classes at Kollective was how welcoming of an atmosphere Kezea created. At my previous dance studios it felt like nobody really cared, but at Kollective if I'm not there people will notice (in a good way!). It's a wonderful safe space from all the toxicity and competition often found in other studios.”
“I have long wanted to dance, and it was Kezea who became my first coach, and I can say with confidence that she is the best in her field, a dance psychologist, I am very glad that fate chose her to be my coach.”
“When I first joined her heels class, I had very little experience with this style of dance and was honestly quite nervous. However, Kezea created such an empowering environment, that I found myself growing more confident with each session. Kezea always pushed us, not with the focus of perfecting her own choreography, but for us to realize our own potential. Her motivation and encouragement not only transformed me into a better dancer, but also fostered a level of confidence within me that I had never experienced before. I’m so excited to keep learning from her at Kollective Khaos. And if you’re reading this, feeling hesitant to try something new: take the leap. Kezea will show you that you are more capable than you think, and I promise you won’t regret it.”
“Dancing with Kezea has been an experience that’s changed me both as a dancer and as a person. She has a way of bringing out the best in all of her dancers, helping you push past what you thought you were capable of. Because of her, I’ve gained so much confidence and love for dancing. Every class with Kezea is something that I look forward to and I feel so grateful to have learned from someone as passionate and inspiring as she is.”
“I took a few advanced drop in classes with Kezea one summer with no prior experience and she was such a great teacher I was able to start at the level in the fall. She is one of the most iconic dance teachers I’ve met with immense talent who always pushes her student to strive for their best. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her teaching and she also helped me so much to feel more confident in myself.”

Kollective was born from a simple dream: a home where movement, music, and self-expression come together. Our founder moved to Canada from the Philippines in 2017, began teaching in high school, fell in love with dance at university, and in 2025 turned that passion into a studio built from the ground up.
We keep classes intentionally small, usually 12 to 15 dancers, so you get focused coaching, encouragement, and space to grow. Kollective is a community that celebrates individuality and welcomes every background, because dance is a language we all share. Whether you are starting fresh, chasing a creative spark, or finding your voice in a new country, this is your place to feel, learn, and belong.
Real words from our community — growth, confidence, and the joy of dance.
Testimonial“Kezea is one of the most encouraging dance teachers I've ever had! Not only is she your biggest cheerleader for dance, but a great friend. She provides structured and fair feedback for both individual and group dances with positive encouragement. Her support has been a big part of my dancing journey! Similar to her story, I started dancing from home with the help of Kpop dance practice videos on YouTube. Therefore, she is one of my biggest idols to become an excellent dancer!! 💜”
